The following terms apply to all maintenance plans:

1. Plan fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
2. Hours that are designated for each month apply to that month only.  Unused hours will not carry over to subsequent months.
3. Maintenance hours used per month that exceed the contract amount will be billed at the regular hourly rate in effect.
4. If you should cancel your maintenance program prior to the end of the contract period, unused fees are non-refundable.
